How to log-in to the Cigna web site
Step 1
Visitwww.cignahealthbenefits.com and CLICK on "Plan Members".
Step 2
Enter your Personal Reference Number (you can find this on your Cigna card) and CLICK on "Continue".
Step 3
Enter the password you received form Cigna and CLICK on "Log in".
Step 4
Click the menu of the transaction you want.
List of care providers in the Philippines
These are the types of agreements, and vary with each care provider. The type of agreement with each care provider is attached to the end of the name in red.Types of care provider agreements:
DP - Direct Payment Agreement: Direct settlement of in-patient and/or major outpatient treatment or day surgery expenses.
OPDP - Direct Payment Agreement for Outpatient Expenses: Direct settlement of minor outpatient treatment expenses.
PA - Price Agreement: e.g. preferential rates, discounts on room charges, prompt payment discounts, etc. A discount agreement does not necessarily imply that the full amount of the invoice(s) will be automatically accepted.
